Like any pre-teen, I have a massive sweet tooth. But when I first stumbled upon the delicious delight that is Dubai Chocolate, I had a problem: I was obsessed with the unique taste, but my bank account wasn't obsessed with the price tag.
Instead of waiting for a special occasion to have a bite, I decided to experiment at home. Over the next few months, my kitchen turned into a lab. After a lot of toasted knafeh and chocolate-covered counters, I came up with the perfect formula to create that creamy recipe at home—at a price others can actually afford.
